Is there a money back guarantee?
Q-Link products will be refunded within 60 days of purchase from this site. Products must be returned in original condition and packaging. Purchaser is responsible for paying for shipping charges in the returning of the product. As we offer free shipping on orders over $95.00, returned items will be charged a small shipping and handling fee that was accrued during the placement of the original order. This fee will never be more than ten percent of the total price of the order.
